Silt currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We're not yet able to ship internationally, but we hope to expand soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll note any delays on our homepage or in your order confirmation email.

Personalized or engraved items may require additional processing time; the estimated turnaround will be shown on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $75; $5.95 flat rate on orders under $75.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95 flat rate.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: add 2–5 additional business days to the estimates above.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out — see Contact Us below.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

Orders over $250 are automatically insured and may require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Silt is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
